The causes of hyperphosphatemia for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD)

The causes of hyperphosphatemia for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are these as following:
1. Decline in renal function, from the eduction in urine phosphorus gradually less.
2. In the diet excessive intake of foods containing phosphorus.
3. Application of active vitamin, increased the absorption of calcium phosphate.
4. The PTH increased a lot.
5. Dialysis is not sufficient, the normal 3 times dialysis one week can not control the hyperphosphatemia very well.
